Shereen is the founder and director of ICare Recruitment, a company she established through passion, dedication, and a deep commitment to supporting both care professionals and the people she serves. She created ICare Recruitment with the belief that people deserve compassionate, reliable and high quality care, and that care professionals deserve to feel valued and supported.

Coming from a customer service background, she values strong relationships and clear communication. Although not originally from the UK, she was raised here, which has given her the cultural understanding and interpersonal skills needed to work closely with individuals from all over the world.
Lucy is our dedicated NVQ Enrolment Officer of ICare Recruitment. She is responsible for guiding learners through the enrolment process and ensuring they are placed on the right qualification to match their career goals. She works closely with applicants, employers, and training staff to make sure every learner receives clear information, timely support, and a smooth start to their NVQ journey.
With a strong understanding of vocational qualifications and funding requirements, Lucy ensures all enrolments are accurate, compliant, and completed efficiently. Her approachable manner and attention to detail help learners feel confident and supported from their very first enquiry.

Lucy is known for her friendly, organised, and professional approach. She enjoys helping people take the next step in their careers and takes pride in making the enrolment process simple and stress-free. Outside of work, she has a keen interest in personal development and enjoys staying up to date with the latest training and education opportunities.
Summer is the recruitment coordinator of ICare Recruitment. She helps keep the hiring process running smoothly by supporting candidates, coordinating with hiring teams, and managing all the moving pieces behind the scenes. She loves working with people, staying organised, and making sure everyone feels supported throughout the journey. Summer believes recruitment in healthcare is about more than filling roles, its connecting compassionate people with teams where they can truly make a difference.
